Today was a funny day. Sarah and I were about to tale off for our run and we see Jeff, He waas already done with his run, so he comes running with us. we took William with us as well. Jeff and I ran with Sarah for the first mile and then we returned and walked back for half a mile and then ran for the last half a mile. Jeff all of the sudden decided that I should sprint for the last quarter mile. he was so sure that I could do it. so I was like ok. Yup, I died the first 100 meeters. Anyways. when we came back, Sasha decided that I should race him for a 100 meeters. He actually was rea;;y impressed how fast I took of. Anyways, they guys had me do bunch of other stuff to test me to see my strength. Anyways it was so funny . Since Jeff and I we both had today off, we stayed at their house and had breakfast. Sarah made waffles and Jeff made smooties. that's if for today.
