So, one day Jeff came home after running and said, "Honey, I think Sarah (Sasha's wife) really wants to run with you". So, I was like OK. I knew I could not say no to Sarah. So I got ready the next morning and went with Jeff to Sasha's house. I slept on their coach for an hour, until Sarah was up and then went running. Oh, only Sarah is patient enough to run with me because I'm so slow. but I really enjoyed it and decided to run with her every day. it's been day 3 now, and I feel like I have been improving alot already. The first day, I was breathing hard and the whole time I was running I was thinking in my head, " Sarah has had six kids and she is way faster and stronger than I am, Holy cow", Anyways I look up to her and I look forward to run every morning now. Today I ran a mile and walked for a half a mile and ran again for another half a mile. um,, Thanks for reading
